"Grief is about a broken heart, not a broken brain.  All efforts to heal the heart with the head fail because the head is the wrong tool for the job."

Grief Support Group

In Person or Online

The Grief Recovery support group offers a safe, non-judgmental environment where individuals can take effective and lasting action to address any type of loss they've experienced. This action-based group involves engaging in reading and writing assignments and is not a drop-in group.

Our Grief Support Groups provide a secure space for participants to examine their old beliefs about coping with loss, identify which losses have impacted their lives, and take proactive steps toward resolving unresolved emotions that may still be causing pain.

Each group meets for eight 2-hour sessions once a week and is facilitated by Kelli, an Advanced Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist® certified by the Grief Recovery Institute™.

Grief Recovery one-on-one

In the tranquility of your own space, via Zoom, you'll engage in one-on-one sessions with Kelli. Utilizing the Grief Recovery Method® action-oriented program, you'll explore the intricacies of grief. Kelli will equip you with fresh tools that will allow you to move beyond the pain of those losses. While some prefer group settings, many find solace in private sessions with a Trained Specialist. This ensures privacy and confidentiality when you are discussing emotional pain and enables open dialogue about your emotional journey with a knowledgeable professional who has firsthand experience with the tools being provided.

You'll have seven individual sessions with Kelli, each lasting 60 minutes.
